My lunch time meditation, my life line to a reality check.
Yes I understand that there are those who
Can survive their busy shedual with out taking a moment to to reflect and contemplate their own involvement with the outcome
Of the future.
But then they are just subjecting them selves into a life of mostly Autopilot!
Untill we take a second to come to
The consciousness that you are a part of life and that you have the right to incorporate your
Opinions and ideas
Then can we as a people truly live our lives.
